One of my favorite things about living and working in Vermont is getting hired fairly often to work with farmers. Lizzie and Tom were generous with their time and it was exciting to be in the field with their Highland Cattle... including a one day old calf. Lizzie also sent me home with an amazing assortment of fresh veggies and an incredible loaf of sourdough.
